Does it matter which shoe brand(s) we offer to our patients?

No, but not all shoe manufacturers are equal. We have extensive product knowledge and can discuss which diabetic shoe manufacturers offer the best quality, the widest assortment of designs, and the largest inventory.

How many people do you schedule per day/week?

We customize this based on your specific scheduling requirements. We work closely with you and your staff to determine the best schedule for your business based on capacity and business hours. We want to help grow your business at a pace that works best for you.

How much should I expect my business to grow using the Rev It Up Rx program?

There are few if any limits to how much we can help you grow! We do recommend starting with a moderate amount of patient scheduling, then eventually ramping up to what works best for you based on the number of trained fitters you have available. The only real limit is the number of qualified patients you currently serve.

How are we charged for your patient education and scheduling services?

We charge one fee per patient. This includes all patient communication. Sometimes patients have to be called several times–they may not answer the first time or they may need to reschedule a missed appointment. But your fee remains the same.


How do we get our list of qualified patients to call on your behalf?

First and foremost, we ensure the security of your data. We take the privacy and security of protected health information very seriously. We can accept various means of secure file transfers, and we can even work with your software providers directly with your permission.
